Step 1: Verify that your SIM card is inserted properly into your phone. You can double-check your work here: How to remove/insert your SIM card?
Step 2: "Power cycle" your phone by removing your battery and SIM card for 30 seconds, re-inserting them, and powering on the device. Here are a couple of articles that could be helpful:
Step 3: Verify that "Airplane Mode" is turned off on your phone:

Step 4: Verify that you have the right SIM card registered to your phone number:
- Log in to your account at gabbwireless.com
- Click "SIM Swap."
- Select your phone number.
- Enter the 20-digit number on your SIM card (referred to as the "ICC").
- Click "Go."
*You may need to restart your device after performing the "SIM Swap" in order for the update to register with your device.
