Hi! You can access your my account by going to our website https://gabbwireless.com/ and clicking "My Account" in the top right hand corner. If you're having trouble logging in please see Logging into My Account Inside your MyAccount you can:
Account Information: Update contact/account information, enable email/SMS notifications, change password/pin, update payment info (card/address)
Call Summary & Detail: See call and text history. Reminder, you cannot see the actual text message rather you can see that is was an SMS and the time stamp.
Billing: See your billing history and how to understand your bill
Notification History: See your notifications that have been sent. For example any email confirmations (order confirmations, shipping updates, etc)
Upgrade your device: Upgrade your device from a Z1 to a Z2 (keeping the same number)
SIM Swap: Assign your phone number to a new SIM
Number Transfer: Complete the porting process for a number you requested to port in when purchasing the Z2 phone.
Add a line: Buy a new phone/line for existing customers and add it to your account
Accessories: Purchase a screen protector or case!
