There are two reasons why your line(s) with Gabb would have been hotlined:
- You inserted your SIM card in a non-Gabb device.
- You missed a payment on your previous bill cycle.
Inserting Your SIM Card Into a Non-Gabb Phone
Gabb SIM cards will only work with Gabb phones and Gabb phones will only work with Gabb SIM cards.
If you are unsure if whether or not the phone you have is a Gabb phone, you can check the "Model" underneath the battery of your device. If you are unsure of how to remove your battery to find your "Model," check out this article: How to remove/insert your battery?
Gabb currently has two different phone models:
- Z1 - Model: Z559DL
- Z2 - Model: Z5157V
Once you have verified that the "Model" of your phone is a Gabb phone, re-insert your SIM card, and reach out to Gabb Wireless' customer support team to help you restore service to your line.
