Where is my order? You will receive two emails. The first is a confirmation email of your purchase. The second is an email stating your order has shipped. This will have a tracking number. If you've received the first email confirming your order but not the second email confirming your shipping this means your order has not yet shipped. You will receive an email with tracking when it leaves the warehouse!
Estimated shipping for Gabb Watch
• Orders placed Nov. 17th – Nov. 23rd are expected to ship Dec. 27th – Dec. 31st.
• Orders placed Nov. 23rd – Dec. 28th are expected to ship the week of January 10th
• Orders placed after Dec. 28th are expected to ship the week of January 26th
**Refer to your shipping confirmation email as well for estimated shipping date
Estimated shipping for Z2 Phone
Z2 Phones are shipping normal. 5-7 business days on standard orders.
Can I cancel/edit my order? We strive to process orders very quickly. Once an order is placed there is a short window that your order may be canceled (a few hours). Please feel free to chat into support and we'd be happy to cancel your order within that window. If your order has been fulfilled for shipping You can wait to receive it and contact us to make a return once it arrives! We also cannot edit pending orders. For example if you'd like to add something to the order we can place another additional order for you for that item(s).
