Q: Does the phone come active?
A: When selecting a number you have two options - request a new number from zip code or keep an existing number (request a port in). If selecting to get a new number the phone will ship active. The phones activate upon shipping, not ordering.
Q: Can I order a phone now and activate later?
A: We are offering delayed activation for holiday 2022. During the checkout process when adding a new line, select the delayed activation option to have you line activate on December 20th, 2022.
Q: I'm paying for a month service up front. What month am I paying for?
