We offer shipping insurance! During your initial checkout you have the option to add shipping insurance for $4.99
This insures your order against lost or damaged packages. If you choose not to insure your package and it is lost/stolen/damaged - we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number and order information to work on a claim. You may edit your shipping address/information inside your MyAccount if necessary as well as place a new order (Replace Device option).
