Re-enable GPS location on your child’s Gabb Phone

If you are unable to locate your child’s device or receive a notification that they have turned their location off, here are instructions on how to turn it back on. Note this can only be done from the Gabb Phone itself and not from the MyGabb App. 

1. Open the Gabb Phone settings 

2. Scroll down and select the “Location” option

3. Once on the “Location” screen, you can select the toggle next to “Use location” to turn the location back on.

As an extra measure to keep your child safe, we are looking to disable this feature entirely so your child can no longer turn the location off on their own.
