What is Gabb Cloud?
Gabb Cloud is a backup and restore solution for all Gabb Customers who are currently using the Gabb Phone (Z2). Gabb Cloud allows your child to back up their pictures and contacts to our cloud service. They can then restore pictures and contacts in the event that they lose their phone or transfer to a new device.
What Gabb Cloud backs up:
-Pictures and videos
-Contacts
-Phone settings (wallpaper, theme settings)
What Gabb Cloud does not contain or back up:
-Your phone number. Your phone number is associated directly with a SIM card
-Music (audio files)

Q: How do I access Gabb Cloud?
A: Through the Gabb ID App on your Gabb Phone
Q: How do I use Gabb Cloud?
A: First you need to make sure you have an active Gabb Cloud subscription. Gabb Cloud is a paid service at $0.99/month for 10GB of cloud storage (plenty for most Gabb Phones). You can add Gabb Cloud to any of your Gabb Phones through the My Account Parent Portal (gabbwireless.com/account) under “subscriptions”. Once you have an active subscription you simply have your child login to the Gabb ID app on their phone and Gabb Cloud will automatically start backing up their device.
Q: How can I tell if my Gabb Cloud is up to date? What is my backup status?
A: When signed in to the Gabb ID App on a Gabb Phone, the status of your backup will display at the bottom of the screen. You will see one of the following messages:
-“Never backed up” status
-“Last backed up…” status with a date timestamp
-“You don’t have a cloud subscription - here’s how to get one”
Q: Is there a manual push or trigger to backup my data in cloud?
A: There is currently not. Gabb Cloud currently backs up once a day.
Q: If I delete a picture off my phone will this picture stay saved in Gabb Cloud or will it get deleted too?
A: It will get deleted from cloud too. Gabb Cloud product right now is just a backup of what’s on the phone.
