How do I use Gabb Cloud?

You need two things - a Gabb ID and a Gabb Cloud subscription. Gabb Cloud is a paid service at $0.99/month (for Gabb Phones purchased after Oct 27th, 2022 it is included in your monthly service plan automatically) for 10GB of cloud storage (plenty for most Gabb Phones). You can add Gabb Cloud to any of your Gabb Phones through the My Account Parent Portal (gabbwireless.com/account) under “subscriptions”. Once you have an active subscription you may simply have your child log in to the Gabb ID App on their phone and Gabb Cloud will automatically start backing up their device.
