Can my child access apps or the internet on the Gabb Phone Plus?

Gabb Phone Plus does not have access to the internet or open source App Stores. Gabb Phone plus comes standard with system apps (calendar, calculator, camera, clock etc) as well as optional parent enabled safe 3rd party apps.
