How are my subscriptions billed?
Your subscriptions are billed separately from your phone bill.
You may add/manage your subscriptions in your MyAccount. When you sign up for a subscription (like Gabb Cloud or Gabb Music etc) you will be billed on the same day each month from the day you started your subscription.
Example: Mary starts her subscription on June 15th, she will be billed for that subscription every month on the 15th.
You will be emailed a receipt (separate from your Gabb Phone Bill) that looks like this:
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so in your MyAccount. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and no proration will occur.
Example: Mary signed up for a subscription on June 15th. When Mary cancels her subscription on September 20th, her subscription will remain active until October 15th, at which time it will discontinue.
*Note we will not be able to credit your account if you meant to cancel your subscription but forgot.
