There will be times when there is a lot of traffic on our site placing orders. This can cause a temporary slowness issue on our site.
To resolve this, let your cart load for 5 minutes or so without touching it. If that doesn’t work, you may refresh your page or try again. You do not have to worry about duplicate orders, you will receive an order confirmation email anytime an order goes through. If you do not have an order confirmation email within 10-15 minutes, your order did not go through and was not duplicated.
