The main reason your Gabb Watch may be having trouble charging is due to a lack of connection between the charging cable pins and the watch charging plates. Many times, this is due to dirt or residue from normal usage. Please follow the steps to clean your Gabb Watch.
Cleaning steps:
1. Make sure your Gabb Watch is unplugged and powered off.
2. Using a cotton swab and 70% isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol), scrub the back of the watch in an aggressive circular motion and remove any residue or black marks from the charging plates. For stubborn residue, you may need to apply extra pressure when spinning the cotton swab in a circular motion.
3. Using a cotton swab and 70% isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol), clean the charging pins on the charger (make sure the charger is unplugged).
Before turning the watch back on, make sure that you dry both the charging plates on the Watch and the charging pins on the cable.
